Kevin W. Drummond
He was born in Rome,
Georgia and earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the State University of West
Georgia. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University
College of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1994. Kevin has represented
several large bankcard issuers and served as corporate counsel prior to
serving as Assistant District Attorney. Kevin has extensive experience
in corporate, criminal and domestic litigation. Kevin currently lives
in Carrollton with his wife, Alison, and two children.

Jason W. Swindle,
Sr.
Jason was born and raised in Carrollton. He received a B.B.A. from Georgia Southern University and his Juris Doctorate from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University. Jason is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also serves as judge for the City of Whitesburg. Jason is a syndicated columnist with the Times Georgian and the Villa Rican. He is a member of the National Rifle Association, member of the Lions Club International, and a Georgia Delegate of the National Republican Congressional Committee. His areas of specialty include the areas of criminal defense, family law, and real estate closings. Jason Lives in Carrollton with his wife, Shea, and his son Jason W. Swindle, Jr.

John T. Wasdin
“Of Counsel,”
is an accomplished attorney with many years experience with corporate,
business, estate planning and taxation issues. John was born in Atlanta,
Georgia in 1937. John earned a B.B.A. degree with a major in accounting,
as well as, his law degree from the University of Georgia. John’s
areas of practice include: Business Law, Commercial Entities & Transactions,
Estate Planning, Estate Tax Matters and Wealth Preservation and Transfer.
John lives in Carrollton with his wife Mitzi.

Ruth "Kelsey" Johnson
She received a B.A. degree from Tulane University
and her Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.
Kelsey served as a law clerk for the Coweta Judicial Circuit after law
school where she advised five Superior Court Judges. Kelsey’s primary
focus is business law, real estate, criminal and juvenile litigation.
Kelsey lives in Carrollton with her husband Alton Johnson.
